Terms and Conditions
- To be able to participate, you shall be in bakery business and purchase Best Foods product. For every 500 THB purchase, you are entitled for 1 lucky draw coupon.
- Participant can send in the code at any time from 15th June – 30th September 2017, at www.ufs.com/bakerspartner, and the lucky draw will take place on 31st of October 2017.
- We will announce the winners list on 1st of November 2017 on Facebook.com/unileverfoodsolutionsThailand and will contact all the winners through contact details registered on the website within 1 week from the announcement date.
- Winner shall present a coupon stating your sent-in code, together with your ID card, house registration, and one copy of each said documents with signature to certify the correctness, as a proof to claim your prize. Winner shall come and get the prize yourself following details on place, date, and time specified by the company. Failure to meet this condition shall constitute a waiver of your right.
- We reserve the right to limit that each participant can only win 1 prize (highest prize) through the whole activity.
- Participant who win the prize worth more than 1,000 THB is subject to a payment of 5% withholding tax, according to directive of the Revenue Department No. Tor.Por.4/2528 issued on 26th September 1985 and directive of the Revenue Department No. Tor.Por.104/2544 issued on 15th September 2001.
- Winner cannot transfer, sell, or request a cash alternative or substitution of the prize.
- Participant has no right, either under civil or criminal justice, to request for reparation or any types of compensation caused by participating this activity.
- By participating this activity, participant gives full consent to the company to use and/or publish your name and photos for business advertising or public relations purposes, either now or in the future, without payment and prior notice.
- Employee of Unilever Thai Trading Ltd., involving advertising agency, as well as any hosts or staff of this event have no right to participate in the activity.
- In case participant breaches terms and conditions and/or shows any intention of interrupting the activity, company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to deprive that participant from the activity, also to change, modify, or revoke any rules, as well as cancel any prizes as appropriate at any time.
- Company shall not be liable for any losses or hacked information due to system failure or technical problem caused by any third parties.
- We reserve the right to change our prizes and add or modify any rules. In case of any changes, you will be notified through www.ufs.com/bakerspartner.
- Company’s decision is final in any case.
